THE BENEFITS OF THE INFRA RED........
It had been so long since my last trip to the sauna.... much too long...wayyyyy too long.......
But after a morning workout, I figured the gym HAS one.... other people use it....
i THINK about using it often....... I just don't ever use it....
So.....
I'D USE IT
I spent 45 minutes sweating my buns off in there watching House Hunters International......
Did you know that you can buy a 2 bedroom house in Italy for $156,000...hmmmm
