How are your resolutions coming???

Have we all held on to those resolutions we made about 3 weeks back?? Have those pesky little cravings haunted you perhaps a time or two???
It's ok if you have slipped up an itty bitty time or two... you know why??

YOUR HUMAN!!!!!! 
ya.... weird! 
totally normal to NOT be perfect!!


That's whats awesome about us:) We aren't perfect, and therefore we get to make personal goals and fight to achieve them... THIS is cool!!! Working towards a focused goal that WE have made for ourselves is what reminds us that we are human, and we are alive. We struggle day to day with all sorts of different issues. Some larger than others... some very minor in the big scheme of things... BUT non the less... these are the 'things' in life that prove our strengths and remind us of just how normal and OK we really are.


What would being PERFECT do for you??? REALLY?? With nothing to work towards.... what would be the point??

THIS IS WHY SLIPPING UP ON A NEW YEARS RESOLUTION IS NORMAL AND COMPLETELY 100% OK, AND NOTHING TO BEAT YOURSELF UP OVER.


These are the moments in which you get to prove your own strengths and ability to move past your personal hurdles. THESE are the moments in which we truly become the best versions of ourselves.


One slip up, if NOT TAKEN TOO HARSHLY and NOT CAUSED You to just give up will result in higher intensity focus and thusly more determination to continue towards achieving our goals.


WHATEVER you have made for this years New Year Resolution, and whatever has or has not yet happened to pull you slightly away from that...
RE-GROUP ( make the appropriate changes needed)
REVIEW ( what needs to be changed, what's important)
RE-WRITE ( all your goals, big and small)
RE-EVALUATE ( what is important and why)
REMIND....
remind yourself that you rock and that this goal..... pffffttt piece of cake!!!


BREATH friends...... you are human... you are normal... you are not PERFECT THANK GOD!!!!
