Protein Puddingsssssss

~Kylas Protein Pudding~

This is easy peasy, and I don't remember when or where it came from..... but I've been making it for YEARS..... playing with the flavour... I always come back to Vanilla...... which is odd because I'm a chocolate lover ( Who isn't really)

Okay so here ya go:

1C cottage cheese (1%)
2Tbsp Jello fat free pudding powder mix

~BLEND UNTIL SMOOOOOOOOTH
*using either a blender, processor or magic bullet*

1C = 2 snack servings or 1 full protein serving for a meal



OPTIONAL: ( try these additional options)
1tsp jam
1tsp peanut butter/almond butter/cashew butter
1tsp cocoa +1 pkg stevia
frozen berries
1/4 banana
2Tbsp apple sauce + dash cinnamon




~Chocolate Avocado Pudding shhhhh don't tell~

1/2 Avocado
1/2C 0% greek yogurt (Plain)
1Tbsp honey
1Tbsp cocoa
1Tbsp melted carob chips
dash vanilla
mix everything together until desired smoothness is achieved.....
This is ONE serving






~SIMPLEST EVER PROTEIN PUDDING~
1 Scoop MAGNUM chocolate love protein
3Tbsp water
1tsp almond butter (option)
using a spoon, mix well...........


I smear it over a banana...... its messy and INCREDIBLE!!!

  1. my family has made a salad with cottage cheese, a box of usually rasp jello mix and cool whip and pineapple... your cottage ch. pudding made me think of it.. it's really good.. you could even make a healthier version.
