Inside Out Fitness Energy Balls

THE most popular edible item in my blog by far......... THE ENERGY BALL...
When I say popular, I'm not talking about with my clients, or my friends. No I mean when my clients or my friends make these balls, take them to work, and the entire staff raids their desks, and the balls are now GONE!!! 

Great that people are enjoying health in a delicious edible form, but bummer for YOU who spent time and money making YOURSELF your little balls.......

This recipe can be made by hand or in a food processor, the consistency will differ slightly, however the best reviews ARE coming from hand mixing.

1C oats
1C sunflower seeds
1C finely chopped dates
1C carob chips
1/2C cocoa OR MAGNUM Chocolate Love Quattro Protein
2C natural no salt NUT butter (almond, peanut, cashew)
1/2C honey
toasted coconut for rolling finished balls in


MIX everything together into TIM BIT sized balls and roll each on the coconut.
Once done, store in an air tight container in either refrigerator or freezer.
I chose freezer, and just take 1 out in the am, for my day~
Per ball ( should make aprox 40 in total)
110 calories
4g fat
15g carb
3-9g pro *depending on if you use cocoa or protein
