This is a HIGH PROTEIN / LOW carb option that GENUINELY tastes delicious..... ( I'm eating mine as I type this....topped with 0% greek yogurt and Blackberry Barlean's flax oil.... tastes like dessert;)
The difference in the two pancakes (oatmeal vs protein) is basically the Oatmeal pancake is great for PRE WORKOUT while the Protein pancake is idea for POST WORKOUT.
PROTEIN PANCAKE:
Men = 1/2 C each ingredient
1/4C oats
dash cinnamon
pkg stevia
1/4C egg whites
1/4C cottage cheese OR Greek yogurt 0% fat
Using a magic bullet- blend until smooth
From here you continue cooking over medium low heat as a normal pancake...again making sure not to overcook.
This recipe is equivalent to ONE serving, however will make between 3-6 small pancakes
