Happy clients, goals being reached, new business contacts, new opportunities and NEW GOALS!!!
It's always important to UPGRADE your goal list.
Once you've accomplished something, pat yourself on the back and start setting the next feat.
Goals DON"T have to be huge life altering feats either remember, they can be something as simple as EATING BREAKFAST EVERY DAY THIS WEEK!!!!!
I currently have a client working on this goal as we speak...errrr write....read??????
For the past 2 months being in the condo studio, we ( myself and my clients) have been making use of our bodies and minimal equipment for our workouts, and DON'T GET ME WRONG... .it's been great and is still achieving results, but being back in a REAL gym, sure kicks your ass after a while off.
I am feeling SO good this week...SUPER sore, but really great!!!!
All the more proof that switching things up often is really the key to shocking the body and thus achieving RESULTS~

We'll be repeating this THIS SATURDAY...so ANYBODY is welcome!!!!!!!
We are aiming for a 9:15 start....give or take a few minutes, we will meet in town and drive out together........call me or FB me for directions:)
