LIFT ME UP~

When my alarm went off this morning at 6 am the sun was shining and the birds were singing...... it was already a great day!

I opened my day with some skipping intervals outside on the sunny patio, watching the day begin.

From there my first client of the day was a woman on her FIRST ever day with me, and we had a great time, she worked hard, no complaints, just happy to be there. These are the best sessions!!!!

I worked until 11 am, and from there I had a bite to eat and headed to Dallas rd with Kevin, his sister and the dogs. We walked along the path for about an hour, stopping to say hi to all the perfect little ( and quite big) dogs along the way. The sun was out, the breeze was just right and everyone was happy to be out on the holiday Monday.

From there I headed to yoga, and I think..... it may have been one of my favorite classes yet.

The room was FULL, and the energy levels were strong, pranayama deep breathing was in perfect unison, and I felt untouchable.....

My instructor was one of my usuals, and also one of my favorites.....who was in a seemingly EXTRA funny mood today.

For any of you BIKRAM YOGI'S out there, you will appreciate this.... due to a 30th birthday boy in the class,we held second part of awkward for 1 minute. This may not seem like much..... but I PROMISE you.... IT IS~

During our first and very needed Savasana, out of nowhere and after a long silence, He spoke.......

"There's nothing like mowing the lawn and running over dog poop, and watching the poop fling across the lawn........"

From yoga, I headed straight to Boot Camp, where my team and I had a special photo to take, for a fundraiser I am participating in.

I was asked to supply a photo with my donation that best describes my business. If you have ever been to one of our boot camps, you will agree that the group of participants is like no other. They are like a blended family, fully supportive, fun, uplifting and really addicting!!!!

This isn't everybody, as it IS a holiday!!!

On a similar but separate note, work location is settling and we will be in a 'proper' location as of the first of the month........

Which means..... drum role........

KEVIN GETS HIS HOME BACK!!!!!!

It's been a long day, enjoyable, but long...... Good night~
