TaDahhhhh Tuesday

Well HELOOOOOO sunshine....
Day three of consistant sunshine in Victoria, I love it!!!
I woke up this morning for my 6 am client, on her last day with me :( We had a great session and a big hug goodbye... I will see her again in a month or so, hopefully:)

I worked a few ore hours before embarking on my workout for the day...... I chose a BODYROCK workout, a they are always fast and brutal. I only had 40 minutes free and this workout took 16 and DID THE JOB!!!!
There will likely be questions about what the exercises are....So I will post videos to explain on my YOUTUBE page * They will appear in order on the bottom left side of the screen*

*I do not have a sandbag, so I use a kettlebell, and you can just use a weight.

If you do not have an interval timer, you can download GYMBOSS to your Iphone or Blackberry, otherwise use a clock and keep your eye on it!!

I am also getting a 30 minute skipping interval cardio in and the 7:45 pm YOGA class.......:)











FOOD today looked like this:

AM- Visalus shake with 1 clementine orange
PWO- Protein pancake with 0% Greek yogurt and 2 strawberries
SNACK- Energy ball
LUNCH- Smoked Tuna salad @ The Local
DINNER-Left over greens and cauliflower rice with protein shake and almond milk.
PY (post yoga) - Greens shake with banana and water
