I sent Kevin multiple text messages and multiple times he just said, "Babe, you should go" and so i went......
Class was AWESOME!!
Bottom line.... I will always ( always try :) go to class on the days when I don't want to.
So set the alarm for 6:45 this am, and Serena and I went for a run! It was a perfect start to the day, and with perfect company. The Zig pot really wanted to come with us, but from personal experience.....He is not a runner!!!!
After my first client, I embarked on yet another day of personal butt kicking.... looked a bit like this:
This took just over 20 minutes, and then it was off to my next client.

Food today looks like this:
AM- Visalus shake with water (much better with the Almond milk)
PWO- Protein pancake with 1 strawberry and 1/2C 0% Greek yogurt
LUNCH- Baked Chicken with yam, garlic and onion and a big mound of the KALE chips i made this am.....
SNACK- Energy ball and 1 orange
DINNER-Spinach salad with all the fixings....(cashews, cucumber, tomato, peppers, pumpkin seeds) protein source unknown ..... likely tuna, or chicken.
