To my dismay my energy levels were a taaaaaaad low this am, but I did power through a moderate intensity....(on the lower end of moderate to be honest) upper body workout and some skipping.
This is what it looked like today:
100 skips
10 push ups
10 toe touch sit ups
REPEATx2
10 S L O W TRX close grip pull ups / 5 fast
15 Double crunches
REPEAT x3
100 skips
40 lb KB bicep curl (failure) immediately grabbing the lighter KB for 10 reps
REPEAT with skipping x2
12 KB alternating rows
12 straight leg drops
REPEAT x2
10 KB alternating bicep curls
10 KB over head press
30 V sit scissor kicks
REPEAT x3
I also got in a great 11 am YOGA class.......
When I write it down it sounds like a great workout, and Im sure the next time I do it my energy levels will be high enough that I will kick its ass!!!!!

Food today looked like this:
AM- Visalus shake with almond milk
PWO- Protein pancake with 1tsp natural peanut butter
PRE YOGA- 1/2 energy ball to get me through
POST YOGA- Power Acai smoothie
LUNCH- Elevate Me bar , and Kale chips-Lunch should be BIGGER, for some reason I am not as hungry as usual....
DINNER- Seared tuna and greens with cauliflower rice..MMMMMMmmmmmmm
