Last night after my late night workout and steam with a girlfriend, I started to feel sick once I got home... This was not an exciting thought for me in the slightest... so I headed to bed with high hopes of health for the morning.
Woke up at 7:30 and felt FINE!!
I had my shake and headed to the gym for the workout of the week (YES LISA better than the rest:)
I finished this JUST in time for my boot campers to burst through the door and today's workout happened to be an interval run, as MOST of us are doing the TC 10K in a few weeks and the weather was ridiculously beautiful....So out we went.
Aprox 45 minutes later we finish with some core and stretching...SOLID BOOT CAMP!!!
and personally.....SOLID morning!
I have decided to pass YOGA today...... I need some roomy time and I have a few errands to run before heading up island.
Food today looked (or will look something like this)
AM- shake with almond milk
PWO- Goji / blueberry flax oatmeal (1/2C dry) 1.5tsp Natural Peanut Butter
LUNCH- Smoothie- jam packed with goodness
SNACK- Elevate Me Bar
DINNER- Spinach Salad with protein of choice (potentially a glass of white wine....)
The night will consist of a few hours of dancing..... so the wine will be burned off in no time:)
