GIVE ME FIVE!!!!!

I had another really good night sleep last night, and woke up before my alarm, to one of my favorite things in the world..... My dogs! ( i say MY dogs..... but neither of them are MINE, Jackson is Kev's and Ziggy is Serenas.... either way... they love me, I love them, and i like to pretend they are mine.

Anyway I really thought I was ready for a high intensity workout this morning but when I got to the studio,  i found my energy levels to be...less than high intensity. So I took this new information and decided to focus on strength today.

UPPER BODY STRENGTH-
Here's what I did:
3 sets to failure-
30 mountain climbers
TRX Pull Ups
TRX Bicep curls








3 sets to failure-
Chin Ups
Dips

3 sets to failure-
Push Up KB Row
KB Lateral raises

3 sets to failure-
1 arm KB Bicep curl
overhead KB French press

Close grip TRX pull ups
KB front raise

After my next client I was feeling like I had a bit more energy and so I grabbed the rope and did 20 minutes of interval skipping....... Now I feel complete:)
Okay not quite complete.... 2:30pm today is my weekly MASSAGE....and then I will feel complete.
Food today looked like this:

AM- Visalus shake with almond milk , 2 strawberries
PWO- Protein pancake with 1 tsp natural Peanut butter ( May I add that today's pancake was potentially the BEST EVER!!!)
MID DAY- 1 scoop MAGNUM chocolate love protein with almond milk, 1 banana'
with a few handfuls of home made trail mix

SNACK- Elevate ME bar
DINNER- cauliflower rice, zucchini, mushrooms, spinach and chicken....
*I'm in LOVE with the cauliflower rice..... HAVE YOU TRIED IT YET???
