The Drip~ followed by drips

Today's blog is appropriately titled The Drip, as the first 3 hours of my day was ME, dripping sweat!!!

It was awesome :)

I had one of those sleeps where you wake up, CERTAIN your alarm is JUST about to go off, and when I looked at my clock....get this...
12:36 am!!!
I still had 5 hours "WOOOOOOHOOOOOO"
So I slept great last night, woke up had a shake and met my first client of the day, actually almost my only client. I had a funny day of cancellations and re scheduling. It is most people's Friday on a long weekend, I get it!!

After my client was done, I began my workout, which I admit was totally unplanned and lacking immediate energy supplies.

Somehow it just CAME TOGETHER and I had a Fabulous workout....Here it is :

As I ate my pancake post "drip" I had a cancellation for my 10 slot, which meant.... "I can make it to the 9 am yoga class instead of the 11"


FANTASTIC!!!

Still super sweaty, I pack my bags and fly out the door to continue the drip!!!

Class was perfection. I may not have been however, practice is never "perfection" its PRACTICE.


I did my best today and i loved every minute of it!!!

After class I received a text message from my next client, apologizing for forgetting the long weekend was here and He'd be heading out of town.... NO PROBLEM, sun is out and I'm hungry..... lets have lunch!!!!



Today's food looks like this:

AM- Visalus shake and Almond milk
PWO- protein pancake, 1 strawberry, 1/2C 0% greek yogurt
PY (post yoga) - 1/2 Protein smoothie with 1/2 banana protein powder and water)
LUNCH- Smoked Tuna salad @ The Local (yes again)
SNACK- Energy ball and 1 orange
DINNER- Spinach salad with Chicken
