Hello Mr Sunshine:)

Today was a surprise when I woke up for my morning workout and saw the..... wait for it..... THE SUN!!!!
How beautiful is the 7 am sun rays through window blinds.....:) I wish I had a photo, but they never give the real thing justice.

Today's workout was a fly by the seat of my pants sort of thing and it looked like this:

TRX Bicep curls

KB Lateral raise/ Front raise
TRX Tricep drops
REPEAT
Dips until failure - 2 sets
100 Skips
Tricep push ups until failure - 2 sets

This took aprox 40 minutes

Kev and I had a free hour together in between clients, and so we took a nice 30 minutes walk to the ever favorite Starbucks for my daily dose:)

Yoga tonight, which is exciting, as I missed yesterdays class.
                                                                                         **Cauliflower rice pre pizza
Food today looked like this:

AM- Visalus shake
PWO- Protein pancake with Greek yogurt
SNACK- Elevate me and 1 apple
LUNCH- Left over cauliflower pizza
SNACK- Energy ball and trail mix
DINNER- Spinach salad with cottage cheese

OK, i had to come back to this blog and add a bit to it...its about my yoga class tonight.
I specifically chose to lay my mat down in what is known to be the cooler side of the room.... I'm not sure who was effing with me, but that was very much the OPPOSITE of cool.
I definitely had my hardest, if not top 3 hardest classes to date, for which reason I'm not sure.
There has been hard classes where I have had to lie down, there has been classes where my balance was just non existent but tonight was a class where I did every posture ( except one, which is a posture I have never struggled with) and although I did each posture I felt like crawling into a hole during and after each one.lol
The sweat was more than ever, with what felt like millions of sweat beads dripping from the top of my head literally down each inch of my body to my toes. I couldn't see straight, I felt like I had inhaled chlorinated pool water and i could have rung my clothes out had i been allowed to.
HOWEVER...I found myself giggling throughout the class at very random moments....quiet enough that nobody heard me (so I think) but at least it was laughter and not tears..... Had the class been 120 minutes instead of 90, maybe it would have been ;)

So...I am celebrating my killer class with a thank you to my incredible instructor and new friend, Miss Niecia, and I am having a fruit Popsicle.
Nighty night  friends
