I began my morning with a Visalus shake made with unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk...YUMMY! (Oh, and a packet of my morning vitamins.....)
After my 6 am client finished up her workout it was MY time... I really didn't have much of a game plan for today, other than wanting to focus on the lower portion of my soon to be VEGAS ready body!
So the workout was titled...( only because the song on the radio.....WHERE DREAMS ARE MADE)

I also rocked out in the 1:45 Bikram class today.... GOD i love that class....even on days when my body hates it!!!
Food today looked like this:
AM- 2 scoop Visalus w/ 1C unsweet almond milk
PWO- Protein pancake topped with 1/2C 0% Greek yogurt
LUNCH- 1 small portion of PLANET ORGANIC Quinoa salad and 1 orange
Post Yoga- Power smoothie ( ingredients in photo below)

DINNER- Take out from the HEALTHY and DELICIOUS BROWN'S SOCIAL HOUSE- "spa bowl with Tahitian Tuna, braised cabbage salad, roasted corn salsa and goat cheese..... My fav:)
