Failing to Plan is Planning to Fail

I love the human body, all the muscles, the tones and the different definitions. I love seeing transformation take place when hard work is applied. I love participating and competing in fitness and figure competitions,  but sadly will not be competing this year.

With no competition in the near future I need something to focus on for a personal goal.
I am going to LAS VEGAS in late June, and this is my "competition" for the season :)

Starting TODAY, MONDAY, April 11th- I am on a 2 month program to lean out.
I don't care to lose weight necessarily but I would like to drop a few percentages of body fat and keep if not gain some lean mass.
Id love to see the 6 pack!!!!!
I will be accountable to myself and to YOU, my blog friends.....
I am journalling daily on my food and activity, to keep track of my progress.

I will mainly focus on HIIT sessions, as I am working with limited equipment for the next month or so.

Today I ate:
AM-protein pancake with 1/2C 0% greek yogurt
Mini snack- a handful of home made trail mix
PWO(post workout)- Greens/fruit protein smoothie
LUNCH- Chicken spinach salad 1 Wasa cracker with .5 oz cheese
SNACK- 1 energy ball
DINNER- Spinach Steak salad
