Tuesday - DAY TWO

So I woke up early..... 5:20am for my 6 am client...however my phone buzzed at 3 am with a VERY delayed text message from my room mate (who was sleeping in the room next door) and then again at 3:30.... and THEN an early, but welcomed good morning phone call from Kevin, who's working in Alberta ( an hour later than us) at 4:45am.....
So by 5:20 I was up!
I started my day exactly the same way as I always do, with my protein oat pancake http://www.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=106473472768375


Along with my first client of the morning came a big glass of water, prepping me for the workout of the day- titled "Broken Booty" This is an older one, but seemed a good choice today:)
My workout took me 35 minutes and left me feeling "pooped"...http://www.facebook.com/note.php?note_id=106298789452510

I came home and immediately followed my workout with my favorite PWO smoothiehttp://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=113112792104443&comments












My mid day snack was some more home made trail mix.










Lunch as a lentil loaf **Recipe http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/recipes/2808 and half an energy ball (recipe in FB page with pancake)

I went to the 1:45 Bikram Yoga class and followed it up with a banana and 1/2C 0% Greek yogurt and chocolate flavoured stevia and the remainder of my energy ball.
Dinner is going to be Cauliflower fried rice and roasted chicken with a spinach salad :)
Cant wait!!!!
Day Two considered a SUCCESS!!!!!!
