I woke up Saturday morning, grabbed the dogs and headed to meet the boot camp crew at Mt.Finlayson for a sunny hike.
The View is well worth the physical strain the hike produces.... If you haven't been, GO!!
Once I got home I quickly downed a shake and energy ball and headed straight out to meet my girlfriend at 'Hemma Yoga and Accupuncture' for a wonderful yoga/pilates seminar. This was such a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon. I have a new found love for pilates and am looking into some private classes. Such a phenomenal concept of mind body connection and awareness.
Saturday evening was just as great with my roomate and I hosting a Stella and Dot party. Who doesn't love a bunch of women together trying on pretty jewelry ??? And perhaps sharing a bottle of wine?!:)
This is something new and exciting for Serena and I.... We have teamed up and signed on as Independant stylists with Stella and Dot and really couldn't be more excited!!!
Sunday was a bit more mellow, with a morning yoga class with one of my besties( who by the way experienced her first class).
This was followed up with a yummy lunch at Rebar. And home for some relaxing business planning with my new 'business partner' :)
Like I said before the weekend was perfection.... And I again have fallen in love with my life!
