Day Three~

Anyway, I woke up sore today :) and so I started my am off with fasted cardio ( no breakfast before hand...) This kind of cardio need to be done as close to waking up as possible otherwise you run the risk of burning through your hard earned muscle mass.I performed 30 minutes of interval skipping - 30 seconds skip, 10 seconds rest non stop for 30 minutes, followed by an abs circuit of the following :
10 leg drops / 10 double crunches/ 10 hip dips per side and 5 plank walk up knee drives  (Repeated 3 times)
I had another client right away so I finished my workout after...... It was a quick 20 minute "TONE UP"
10 Burpees
20 seconds sprint
40 walking lunges
60 seconds plank glute kick backs tummy tuck
40 side bends per side (10 lbs)
20 seconds sprint
10 push ups
REPEATED ONE MORE TIME

My food today looked like this:

AM- Protein pancake with 1tsp natural peanut butter
PWO- 1/4C cottage cheese( that's all I had left, wanted 1/2C) with 3/4scoop **chocolate protein powder mixed, 1 banana and 1 cube of Elevate Me bar.
LUNCH- leftover cauliflower rice with mushroom and zucchini (1C) and 4 oz lean pork loin
SNACK- 1 apple , .5 energy ball remaining 2 Elevate Me squares
DINNER- Lentil Loaf ( I need to grocery shop... this isn't enough)

~On a side note, I have been ' talked' into trying a product by the name of Visalus Body Science ( it is a weight loss / management supplement that until I finish my 30 day trial am not recommending to anyone.)
I generally do NOT support this sort of thing, as I am a HUGE promoter of real whole foods........ANYWAY, we'll see how it goes.

  1. Ok Ok... I admit, I slipped up a bit after posting last night.....Now in my defense im a few days away from the joyous moment each month brings us....so my "slip up" could have been worse....:)
    I had 1 protein chocolate cookie and a few finger dabs into some cake batter...(yes I baked a cake last night)....Oh and i also had some of my room mates PHO noodles... like 2 Tbsp.. ok... i feel better... honesty is key!!!
