When it comes to finding the right mid day snack or evening "treat" that wont pull or push us off track, I have found the secret answer....shhhhhhhhhh
MANGO MADNESS MOUSSE:
2 mangoes
1/4C Coconut oil ( room temperature, liquid)
1Tbsp honey
2Tbsp Chia or Salba seeds
1/2-1C 0% Greek yogurt plain
In a blender, or processor mix all ingredients together until you reach YOUR desired consistency.
I personally enjoy mine straight up, in a cup, as is, no bells and whistles..... however some may like to add a dollop of greek yogurt on top~
SERVING SIZES FOR THE MOUSSE:
Men = 1 Cup
Women = 1/2 Cup
