Inside Out Fitness Protein Bars

There are so many options when it come to the BEST protein bar......So many times we try to chose the healthiest option with the highest protein count, and lowest fat and carbs......
Well here's to saving the day......

Real, whole ingredients that you KNOW and feel confident consuming, made into a yummy chocolaty protein bar.

8 scoops Magnum Quattro Chocolate LOVE Protein
1/4C cocoa
1/2C graham crumbs
1/4C carob chips
2 pkg stevia * option*
1C oats + 1 C oat flour
2/3 C apple sauce ( this may be more if your mixture seems to dry)

- Mix all dry ingredients together

-Add apple sauce and mix until you have a moist texture, NOT WET, just moist


Tear tinfoil into 8 equal pieces ( about 5" x 3")

Drop mixture by equal sizes onto tinfoil, using your fingers, form your bar and fold tinfoil over edges so you don't have a mess on your hands when baking.

Bake at 325 for aprox 12 minutes, depending on your oven.....
~You should have a soft middle but not squishy.
Store in a covered container in fridge up to 10 days.
