Topping the salad with WISE calories

NUTRITIONAL YEAST DRESSING ~ Hollyhock Cookbook

1/2c Nutritional yeast flakes( found in health food stores)
1/3c water
1/3c BRAGG soy (found in most grocery stores)
1/3c Apple Cider Vinegar
2tsp minced garlic
1 1/2c Sunflower Oil

Blend everything except oil
SLOWLY SLOWLY SLOWLY add in the oil-the slower the thicker, and the thicker the better
I store this in an empty water bottle with an easy twist lid.
Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week
Shake prior to use

BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE FROM HOME

2Tbsp Extra virgin Olive Oil
2Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
2tsp Honey mustard
Dash of pepper

Mix all together, and serve immediately
1 serving = 1 tsp

CREAMY GREEK DRESSING

1C fat free Miracle Whip
1C plain Greek yogurt 0 % fat
8 oz light feta
1/2C red wine vinegar
3Tbsp Olive Oil
2tsp dried Oregano
1 clove garlic

Using a food processor blend everything together until smooth.
*GARLIC NOTE* this flavour gets much stronger over time, and so if bad breath is a concern for you...lol maybe omit garlic.
1 serving = 1 round Tbsp
Aprox 35 cals
This dressing will last in the fridge in a covered container for 4-6 weeks.
Shake prior to using

ASIAN STYLE DRESSING

1Tbsp fresh Lime juice
1Tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar OR balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp finely ground ginger
1Tbsp Bragg soy
2Tbsp dark sesame oil
4Tbsp plain Greek yogurt 0% fat

Mix WELL together, and serve.
1 serving = 1Tbsp

FRESH MANGO CILANTRO LIME DRESSING

1C frozen mango chunks
2Tbsp Extra virgin Oilve Oil
1/4C lime juice
2Tbsp sugar or sugar substitute
1Tbsp cilantro
pinch of both salt and pepper

Place all ingredients into blender or food processor, blend until smooth
This will make 1 1/4C dressing ( 20 servings of 1 Tbsp)
per serving: 50 cals
