BAKED BANANA BREAD PROTEIN PUDDING
In a (pre greased) microwavable bowl, mash together:
1/2 banana
1 scoop MAGNUM vanilla quattro protein
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 pkg Stevia
2 egg whites
2 tsp no sugar added maple syrup
small handful of walnuts ( 10-12)
* Begin with 30 seconds in the microwave, mashing up the mixture at the 30 second mark.
Cook again another 15-20, mash again....Repeat these steps until you have reached the perfect texture, making sure to scrape any protein off the sides, as it will dry up and taste icky.
Once you have stopped microwaving, allow the bread pudding to sit for a moment before enjoying.
