Basics to remember when were talking nutrition are:
GREEN GREEN GREEN = LEAN LEAN LEAN
* chose dark leafy vegetables as much as possible*
SUGAR is CELLULITE'S best friend!!!! - It's best to just avoid in general :)
* This is excluding fruit*
ANIMAL FAT - it just sounds gross......So DO NT EAT IT
* Keep your fats IN your plan, but chose wisely ( nuts, seeds, plant NO ANIMAL FAT)
WATER IS WHERE ITS AT!!!
* Bottom line, DRINK WATER- if you need to know why read past blogs or simply ask me!! PLENTY OF REASONS :)
Ok now for the fun stuff...... the booty builders... MY personal favorite exercises for the backside.........
-SLOOOOOWWWWWW motion step ups and step downs ( 1 leg at a time)
-High step ups
-Lunges ( forward stepping, reverse, curtsey, side step, jumping, walking)
-Glute bridge ( single leg, resistance banded, pulsating, wobble board stance)
-Dolphin kicks on stability ball
-Butt Master ( machine)
-Squats (regular, sumo, jumping, bosu balance, pulsating, single leg)
-Cable kickbacks ( either with cable pulley or resistance band)
-Explosive movements!!!!! USE THOSE MUSCLES!!!!!!!
The Glute is among the largest muscles in the human body and thus, NEED workin, so do NOT be afraid to put in the effort, get a little sweaty and weak legged.
Your BOOTY will thank you :)
No animal fats at all. Does this include dairy? So you are suggesting that only a vegan diet is a good diet? No eggs either? What about fish? Not being snarky, just curious. I have recently taken on a 1/2 veg, 1/2 meat diet (to keep my husband happy). This week we are doing all vegetarian. But I was thinking I would keep the vegetarian meals for most of the week and just add in a day or two of meat.
